Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before booking, as these booking conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by you when you complete the booking, or when you have paid a deposit or total rental for a property.
The contract entered into is between the owner of Tŷ Morlo and the holiday maker (The Hirer). The contract is only effective once the completed booking form and required payment has been received and written confirmation has been sent to the Hirer. Please ensure all details with your booking are correct. The owner cannot be held liable for any mistakes that arise from incorrect booking details.
For bookings made 6 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of 25% of the holiday price has been received. Up to that time it will be a provisional booking, and provisional bookings are normally held for a maximum of 7 working days. The full balance of the total holiday cost will be payable not later than 6 weeks before the holiday begins.
For bookings made for a holiday less than 6 weeks away, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
The Hirer is advised to arrange holiday insurance to give protection in the event that the Hirer is unable, for any reason, to take up the holiday accommodation at the agreed time. The Hirer should notify the owner of any cancellation immediately. Should you need to cancel with less than twelve weeks to the date of the booking then you will be bound by this agreement to pay us in full for that booking.
Full directions will be sent upon receipt of the full payment.
The owner does not accept liability for any personal injury, theft, loss or damage during your stay at Tŷ Morlo.
The maximum number of guests at Tŷ Morlo is 8, unless by prior arrangement.
The holiday price will include all charges for water, gas, electricity, or oil.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Accommodation and the Hirer and any member of his or her party agrees not to smoke inside the Accommodation.
The owner recommends that the Hirer holds personal insurance for accidental damage and personal liability.
If on arrival at the Accommodation you discover that anything is missing or damaged then this must be reported to the owner immediately otherwise it will be presumed that the damage/loss was caused by the Hirer and a charge will be made.
We welcome one or two well-behaved dogs to stay. An additional charge of £15 per dog per week is made to cover any extra cleaning costs. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the beds in any of the properties. You are responsible for removing any evidence left by your dog.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels must remain inside the property and should not be used as beach towels. Beach towels can be provided (please request this when booking).
Changeover day is Saturday. Tŷ Morlo will be available after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Please do not arrive early, or depart late (unless previously arranged), as time is needed to thoroughly clean the property between lets.
You must allow the owner and any representative of the owner (including workmen) access to the property at any reasonable time during your occupation of the property (except in cases of emergency or where a problem needs remedying quickly and you cannot be contacted in time - in these situations the owner is entitled to enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).
The cottage must be left in the clean and tidy condition in which it was found, locked and the keys must be returned to the key-safe (unless alternative arrangements have been made).
Tŷ Morlo is used as holiday accommodation and therefore exempt from security of tenure under the Rent Act.
